So I'm really mad cuz I wrote this very long post about what's been going on in my life and then when I finished, the computer froze on me. So that sux a lot. But, I guess I will do it again but this time, it'll be shorter.
I love my job, it's easy and fun and I make pretty good money doing it. I met a guy at work, and he is awesome. He is a lot older than me, but I really don't care. I guess I'm just tired of guys my age. I am ready for a change, so here I go. I realized I liked him after talking to him at work for a few days. I gave him my number, and when he called me, I told him that I wanted to go on a date with him. He seemed pretty surprised, and at first I thought he was going to say no. He didn't tell me until 2 hours later when we were about to hang up. He said he wouldn't mind going out sometime when we both had a day off. When we got our schedules, we saw that we wouldn't have a day off together for awhile. So one day he told me if I wanted to that I could come over after work since we wouldn't have time to do anything else for awhile. So I went to his apartment and we talked for awhile. My parents were out of town so I didn't have to worry about coming home until I wanted to. So I stayed pretty late, but I had a lot of fun. I ended up seeing him every day that week.
The next week, I went to Gulf Shores. I missed him a lot, but I had a lot of fun. I went with Molly and her family. I brought back a lot of cool stuff for my family and Jesse. I also got a pretty nice tan. I really needed a vacation cuz the week before had been pretty stressful. Seeing Jesse was great, but I was helping a friend all week and did a lot of running around for her. I also hadn't been eating right, so being on vacation was good cuz I ate better. I just got back two days ago. I was so happy to be home. My parents somehow knew I was seeing someone from work but I managed to get away with not telling them how old he is until yesterday. When I told them they were really cool about it, which made me feel so much better. I also got to give everyone their gifts yesterday, and everyone loved them. I even made my dad cry with one. So yesterday turned out pretty good, especially since I got to see Jesse when I didn't think I would get to.
So that's my life at the moment. Hopefully it will stay good.
Yeah so I haven't updated in awhile...Sorry...But anywho I figured I would since I just hit a milestone in my life and all that corny stuff...So here's what's been going on with me.
School:
Over, I'm done. Yep last day was last Friday. I had to take 2 exams and that was it so that was cool. I cried on my last day. No big deal but yeah I did a little. It's just cuz I had to take my 6th period exam I didn't get to say good bye to everyone. I didn't say anything to Ryan. I'm guessing I won't be seeing him at all but I guess that's ok. I'll miss choir a lot too. And lunch with all my friends. But not much else. Graduation was great, not as boring as I thought it would be I guess. My sister and brother-in-law came up to see me, and we spent Mother's Day with them as well. My sister graduated 10 years ago so that's pretty sweet. I got some grad gifts today. I got money, iTunes gift cards, a personalized grad blanket, a photo album, and I'm getting a new lap top from the parentals. Pretty sweet right? So yeah that took up basically my entire day. Not much else to add there I guess...
Love life:
Nonexistent. I don't have so much as an interest in anyone right now. I figure I'll be in college soon enough, maybe stuff will happen then. Who knows?
Career:
It looks like I've got a job delivering pizza for Domino's. My brother-in-law and sister both worked there awhile back, (that's where they met) and my brother-in-law called there and talked to the GM (who was there when they were there) and she said she would "take care of me". So I went there and turned in an application and she said she'd call me when my driving record thing came back and I could start next week sometime. So that was pretty cool.
Hmm I don't think anything else worth mentioning has happened so yeah...I guess I will post when something happens...Peace.
Prom was a lot more fun than I thought it would be. It was really nice, they did a good job fixing it up. I got my nails done at 11:30, my hair and makeup at 3:15 and then went home to get my dress on and Molly, Nathan, and Russell got to my house around 6. We took pictures at my house, went to Molly's and took some, then to dinner. We went to Puleo's Grill. I had a ham sandwich and it was pretty good. After dinner, it was time to go to the dance. When we first got there we kinda greeted some people, and after awhile we were ready to dance some. It was a lot of fun dancing like we didn't even care what people thought. Everyone looked so pretty. We got pictures made too. One with me Molly and Russell and then just me and Russell. After the prom was over, the four of us went to Fanatic's, where Nathan's dad is the DJ, and he took some pictures of us. We were all kinda sweaty and our makeup was lacking as well as hair, but he said we looked great. After he took pictures, we took goofy ones of our own and then we headed back to Molly's and I dropped Russell off and Nathan dropped Molly off. Overall, I'd say prom was a big success, and I am glad I went! Hope everyone else who went had fun at prom!
Hello world! I've been thinking that I need to update cuz I haven't since the week before spring break. Sorry bout that. I haven't even really been busy, just lazy. Well I've been a little busy I suppose. Spring break wasn't great, but it was alright. I spent most of it getting over Ryan, but it did help being away from him for a week. Toward the end of the week I realized how immature he really is. I think that's what really helped. I mean just things he would say were just annoying. I dunno, I guess that's why I usually don't date guys who are still in high school. I mean he's really sweet and I do sometimes miss that, but then the way he acts is annoying. So I guess you could say I'm over him. Other than that, spring break was just relaxing. I went to see Stay Alive with Azita, Russell, Briana, and her man friend toward the end of the week. I also hung out with Molly and Russell the next day for a little bit. After break was over, school started back, and then I left for NY on that Friday, the 7th. NY was a lot of fun. We saw Hairspray and Lion King, two amazing musicals. We also did a lot of shopping and visited many cool places. We went to Central Park, the Empire State Building, Ground Zero, Chinatown and Little Italy, the Metropolitan Museum of Art, Hard Rock Cafe, the Radio City Music Hall, Times Square, Ellis Island, and of course, the Statue of Liberty. It was great. When I got back home, I stayed home from school the day after we got back. We got back Monday the 10th at about 9, but I was really tired and hadn't done my book report for Forensic Science yet. So that was a good day off for me. Robert and I have been getting closer since me and Ryan broke up. He is the one guy I still trust. He's been there for me since day one so I guess he's the one I turn to. We are still just friends cuz I dunno if I'm ready and I dunno if I wanna go down that road again. But anyway, not much else has been happening lately. We are getting very close to graduating, which is sad and scary. This week is senior week, meaning it's been a week of minimal work. I haven't been to 2nd period since Monday. Tomorrow we get to leave after the senior cookout. Which is awesome. Saturday is prom, and I am going with Russell, so that should be fun. I guess I'll post again soon. I dunno if I'm still gonna post weekly cuz I realized those are usually pretty boring since I have no life. But we'll see. Anyway, hope all is well for everyone!
